School is from Monday to Friday: 9am–12:30pm
After School Program: 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
After School Playing Program: 3:00pm – 6:00pm

PICTURES
Two (2) passport sized pictures and One (1) of any size picture for the child’s portraits.

PAYMENTS
Payments of fees are due at the beginning of every month. Notice will be given in writing prior to change of fees.

Re-enrolment for the following month is automatic. If re-enrolment is not required a month written notice must be to the school office. Parents are committed to paying the full fee for the following month after this period. Fees are not refunded for absence under any circumstances (including illness, holidays taken outside official school holidays and unforeseen moves from Accra).

MEDICAL
Your child is required to have physical exam in order to attend this programme and once a year thereafter. Please notify us if your child is home for five days sick, a signed physician’s note will be requested to our attention immediately. Child will be re-admitted with a note from physician. If your child becomes ill in our care, you will be asked to pick up your child immediately. If you cannot be reached, we will contract one of the emergency backups you have listed.

You will be required to state three names and numbers of emergency backups.

CLOTHING
Parents will provide at least one complete set of clothes for emergency purposes and a comb. Please mark items clearly with child’s name. If the child is still in diapers, then a packet will be required with wipers and you will be informed when it needs to be replenished.

BIRTHDAYS
If child’s birthday falls on a school day, you are welcome to celebrate at the centre.

HOLIDAYS
Childcare centre will be open on all holidays.
